Non-Discrimination

HB2245 (Rep. Mike Reynolds)

  • Bars municipalities from enacting nondiscrimination ordinances granting municipal employees nondiscrimination protections that exceed those given to state employees.
  • Nullifies any existing municipal nondiscrimination order, regulation, or ordinance granting municipal employees nondiscrimination protections that exceed those given to state employees.
